The current situation is very special and above all very worrying, which is why The Secret Valley has done everything in its power to make your activities with the teeny-tiny dwarves as safe as possible.
Investments and measures implemented
- 7 touchless sinks have been added;
- Disinfectant dispensers have been placed in each building entrance;
- Each picnic areas have 4 cleaning stations, self-service, with rags, biodegradable disinfectant spray to allow everyone to properly clean their table before and after use.
- Several picnic tables have been added outside so you can eat in peace.
- A disinfection station equipped with a professional high temperature steam vaporizer has been installed to sanitize the accessories after each use.
- Obviously, we will continue to clean the hats with each use as we have been doing for 17 years.
Special instructions regarding COVID-19
- Reservation is required in order to respect the maximum number of visitors on site. A visitor arriving without a reservation or at the wrong time or day of his reservation may be refused access to the site;
- The visitor agrees not to present any symptoms of COVID-19 during his visit or the 14 days preceding it;
